The name Shanlee was given by a Taoist priest from Taiwan to Mdm Lim, symbolizing three steadfast mountains

supporting her endeavors and guiding her through career challenges.

Brand History

素ART (Su ART) (2005)：Specializes in vegetarian soy protein products recognized by Singapore’s Health Promotion Board

Lalune (2008): Known for bakery products but closed due to shareholder issues.

Popples (2008): Focuses on frozen food items.

DingLi (2022): Offers small electrical household items.

Crunchy Island (2023): Provides its own line of snacks for local and international markets.

Expansion and Growth

Initially serving retailers, Shanlee now imports food and household products from China,

supplying major supermarkets like NTUC and Sheng Siong, as well as online platforms such as Red Mart.

The company ensures product quality and compliance with Singapore’s safety standards.

Global Ambitions

Since 2018, Shanlee has become a key distributor for overseas brands in Singapore.

In 2022, Mdm Lim shifted focus to exporting her own OEM products globally.

Digital Transformation

In 2023, Shanlee launched online stores on Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, TikTok Shop, Amazon,

Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu (XHS), and WeChat, using pictures, videos,

and live broadcasts to promote products and enter global markets.
